  • 1. Paperwork

  • 2. Site Visit

    Someone from our team will come to the worksite for an in-person visit. This will allow us to better prepare your new employee(s).

  • 3. Support

    We are here to help. Our job is to make sure that both employee(s) & employer are having a positive experience.

What we need from you:

  • Employer must provide FEIN

  • Employer must have vacant positions they are looking to fill

  • Memorandum of Agreement between Centers for New Horizons and Employer must be signed

  • Work-site agreement must be completed

  • Employer must sign timesheets for all participants at their worksite verifying work performed at site

  • Employer must provide schedule with time and location for participant

  • ​Centers team will tour worksite and complete bi-weekly check-ins
